With all this gorgeous weather we are having, many people are unintentionally overexposing their skin to the sun. Of course, prevention is always better than cure and a good sunscreen is a must, especially for children, but if you do manage to get sun burnt then this simple recipe can really help to keep your skin hydrated and reduce the heat while it heals.

What you will Need:
How To:

  1. Mix all the ingredients until you get a thick consistency.
  2. Apply it in your skin after exposure to the sun.
  3. Let it penetrate for 10 minutes and then rinse with plenty water
