How to Use Peppermint Essential Oil to Cool Off This Summer?

Make a body spritzer by simply adding a few drops to a spray bottle filled with distilled water. Can also be used to mist your sheets and pillow before settling to go to sleep.

Cool yourself down by adding a few drops to a damp flannel and patting on back of neck.

Add a few drops to your shower gel to wake you up.  Can also be added to your bath.
