Rosehip essential oil is a proven reducer of lines, wrinkles, and scars, and there are many more benefits of this versatile plant and the essential oil derived from it.
Rosehip essential oil is extracted from the seeds and seed cases of a rose bush. The rosehips are the fruit of the rose plant.  The oil from the plant contains retinol (vitamin A), vitamin C, and essential fatty acids. These combined nutrients make it a great skincare product, packed full of natural anti-oxidants.

Acne Scars

    • Rose hip oil can remove scars, particularly acne scars, from your skin, making your complexion smooth and even. It is most effective when used on recent scars, but is still beneficial to use on old scars. For newer scars, applying rose hip oil twice per day will restore elasticity to the skin and make the scar fade away.

    Hydrates

    • Rose hip oil also restores softness and moisture to the complexion. It's excellent for normal skin and especially dry skin. Use it both night and day; it works well under makeup as well. If there are areas of the skin that are extremely dry and parched, apply the oil generously to those areas.

    Anti-Aging

    • Another benefit of rose hip oil is that it can halt and even reverse the signs of ageing. It can reduce wrinkles and nourish dry, ageing skin. Rose hip oil also may reverse the effects of the sun on the complexion.  Apply generous amounts of the oil to areas that are wrinkled.
