Make your own Natural Exfoliator

You can make your own exfoliators at home from a range of natural ingredients, many of them will help nourish the skin.  Exfoliating the skin on a regular basis will encourage new cell growth revealing beautiful soft, toned and vibrant skin and will help with blood circulation and lymph system drainage.

Easy Recipes for you to Make.

Exfoliators can be made simply by mixing sugar and water and gently massaging into your skin.  This will removed dead skin cells and help combat spots and acne.

You can also mix sugar with sea salt, which makes a more abrasive scrub suitable for over the body. This is best used in the shower so that it can be easily washed away.
